Your ticket (collector's, voucher or e-ticket) will be scanned and You will be given a wristband at the ticket/wristband exchange point. Your wristband allows you to go to all concerts on all stages.

Two day pass purchased via Eventim.pl consist of two tickets, one for each day. This two day pass cannot be split for a two one-day tickets. If you behold only one part of the ticket get in touch with the person you got it from. One part of the two day pass from Eventim.pl will not be respected and you will not be able to enter the Festival.

If you have a sitting ticket (both one or two-day passes) you will have to bring it on both days in order to verify the seats, don't forget to pick up Your wristband anyway. With the wristband you will be able to walk freely through the entire festival area (excluding standing floor on the Main Stage). If you have a standing ticket (both one and two days passes) received wristband will allow you to walk freely through the entire festival area (excluding sitting area on the Main Stage).

It is advised to purchase tickets through authorised services like tickets.mysticfestival.pl and eventim.pl. We discourage you to buy tickets from non authorised services like: Viagogo, Ticketswap, Allegro or OLX. There is a cheating risk when buying via those services.

Remember, the sooner you exchange your ticket for a wristband the more likely it is you avoid possible queues on the day of the festival.

Media, photographers, guests and contest winners can collect their tickets in accreditation point next to the box offce right by the main entrance (from Lema street) on festival days from 1PM. This window will be clearly marked.

Disabled people
Viewing platforms for the disabled people will be prepared near every stage. There is a limited number of spaces for disabled people inside TAURON Arena Krakow. In case you are interested, please email niepelnosprawni@eventim.pl.

People below 16 years of age
If by the festival date you have not had your sixteenth birthday you can participate in the Festival by following below rules:
people who on the concert date are 13 but are not 16 yet have to provide a written consent. It has to be shown to the staff at the entry. Consent document

People who on the concert date are 16 years of age can participate in the festival freely.

Safety
It is not permitted to bring big backpacks. It is allowed to have a backpack up to 30l. Please follow the security rules if they adivse that the backpack should be placed in a deposit.

It is not permitted to bring in and posses weapons or other dangerous objects, explosives, pyrotechnic articles, fire-hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages on the premises of the event (except those purchased at the festival), narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, stun guns, gas throwers, knives, clubs, chains, bangers, smoke candles, lasers, laser pointers and items that could be used as bullets and any similar, any glass, metal and plastic packaging and any items with a sharp ending, and an absolute ban on bringing in and possessing audio and video recording equipment and professional photographic equipment (cell phones and cameras without variable optics are allowed), as well as taking photographs, recording sound and filming.

You can bring mats to the festival area.
The regulations of TAURON Arena Krakow prohibit bringing any drinks or food.

FESTIVAL AREA

MYSTIC FESTIVAL IS 3 STAGES WITH 28 BANDS

Each stage will have its own food stall, drink bar and toilets. There will be both 3,5% (situated around the whole festival area) and a regular beer available (due to polish law these are situated only in closed food courts). Alcohol is available for adults only. Inside TAURON Arena Krakow will be a restaurant with a regular dinner menu.
You will be able to pay both by cash or by credit card.

In front of the main entrance to the festival area there will be a box office, an accreditation point for medias, guests and photographers and an information point. A guarded locker will be also located in that space (paid 20 zl) operatin 2PM - 1AM.

Stuff not picked up from the deposit during the Festival will be collected in the cash desk by the Arena entry no1 or in the main recption desk inside TAURON Arena Krakow on 27 of June.

A cloakroom will operate inside the hall.

Lost and found will be located right next to entrance nr 1 to the main Arena. This will be clearly marked.

Main Stage General Standing Area:
You can enter the Main Stage Standing Floor only with the proper wristband (once you exchange the ticket). Getting in and out of the Standing Floor will happen through the gate at the back of the TAURON Arena Krakow right opposite the Main Stage inside the Arena. It is marked as no8 on the festival map. It is located behind a small hall and will be described accordingly.

Additionally, it can be accessed by a staircase in sectors A5 and A6 (from the level A inside, by the main entrance number 2 to the Arena).

Smoking area
It is only permitted to smoke your cigaretes, tobacco products (e-cigaretes and IQOS) outside the Arena.

Merchandise
There will be two merchandise stands with official festival goods (marked no4 on the festival map) and one spot with band merchandise located in the main hall inside the Arena right by the main entrance nr 1 to the Arena. You can also visit an outside gadget stands marked no3 on the festival map.

Signing sessions
Most of the bands playing at the Mystic Festival will be signing gadgets in the Signing Sessions’ zone, which is marked as no5 on the festival map. Full schedule will be shared closer to the festival.

THERE WILL BE NO CAMPING ZONE ON-SITE

Mystic Festival tickets are available on www.mysticfestival.pl (collectible) and on www.eventim.pl.

TICKETS PRICES

Collector's floor standing tickets (both one and two days passes) and VIP tickets are available on tickets.mysticfestival.pl only.

Numbered seating tickets (both one and two days passes) are available on eventim.pl only.

During Mystic Festival the tickets sell out point will be open by the main entrance from the Lema street between 1PM and 10PM.

A valid ticket will be scanned and You will be given a wristband allowing you to go to all concerts on all stages.

Two day wristband is valid for both festival days.

One day wristband is valid for a given day only.

Wristband can be used by one person only.

Damage or rupture of the band causes its expiration.
